SPP series of Separate and Recycle Equipment Introduction
Over 17 years of testing, revising, improving and mass production planning has produced the SPP Series and is now capable of a very high purity of paper and plastic recycled output.
The SPP (Separation Plastic Paper) series recycle plant can separate and recover :
1.) Clean plastic film - purity rating above 99.8%
2.) Paper pulp – purity rating above 90%
3.) Styrofoam, Foam
4.) RDF material
The SPP series main capability is to separate Styrofoam, wood, foam, oil, rubber, fibre, cotton, kitchen waste, PVC, ABS, PC, PE, PP, PU, PS, Paper and plastic attachment paper, plastic attachment glue… etc, into 4 categories according to their different properties - size, hardness, proportion, shape. The separation of the waste as well as the cleaning of the filters is automatic.
CLEAN PLASTIC FILM
Cleansing of the plastic from any contamination such as oil is assured by a patented ultrasonic cleaning equipment (10,000 cycles/min). After cleaning the plastic film break proportion is only 0.03.
50 tons of clean plastic film can be produced daily (1600 ~ 2500 m3 by volume). The process achieves 99.7% purity , ensuring a quality suitable for onward sales to industry.
PAPER PULP
Industrial paper mill waste paper contains wet strength paper saturated with 8% water and 20% of dry strength. Paper mills with better equipment will decrease the percentage. The most difficult for processing is wet strength paper. The SPP series has more efficient San pulp equipment than paper mills to process it. The San pulp design equipment which has an ultrasonic oscillation of 10k/min produces quality paper pulp which can be sold for additional profit.
Styrofoam & Foam
Although Styrofoam and foam are similar to plastics, to maintain PE, PP plastic purity, Styrofoam and foam have to be removed entirely. The SPP separate recycle equipment utilizes airflow separation to separate Styrofoam and foam automatically.
RDF MATERIAL
The material to produce RDF has to be of a high caloric value - organic, such as rubber, PVC, wood, PS, PC, fiber, cotton, etc. The caloric value has to be about 4000~8000 Kcal/kg, after processing this can produce RDF of about 4500~5000 Kcal/kg (about 70~80% the calorific heat of coal), so it is used as a coal or heavy oil substitute. The SPP equipment automatically produces this valuable resource.
Accordingly, one can see that the SPP separate recycle equipment has a very advanced design and the whole plant is only 250 meters and requires only 7~8 operators.
